The room was decent with a separate seating area which was kinda nice for the kids to stretch out and relax. Also, the staff opened the breakfast area early for us, which was a lifesaver when we were running late.

Our stay was deeply disappointing. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and seemed apathetic to our concerns. Moreover, I was shocked to find my $150 pet deposit was taken for an issue they claimed was due to pet hair when I had left the room tidy. They insisted that I should have requested a vacuum to clean the fur myself, which makes no sense considering it’s a pet-friendly hotel that charges for pet stays. It felt like a scam, and I have never experienced such a lack of care from hotel staff.
